DELIVERY
* Delivery would be anytime in between 9AM - 6PM depending on the delivery route.
* Please be aware that time specification is NOT available.
* Special delivery (within a time frame) would subject to availability & charges may apply. (* PM for availability)
* Additional delivery fee applies for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect delivery address/ empty premises.
* Date/ delivery location amendment would subject to availability & charges may apply.


SAME DAY ORDER / DELIVERY
* Same day order/ delivery would subject to availability, a rush order charges of RM25 may apply.
* Same day order must be confirmed latest by 12 noon (Confirmation is on payment basis) and delivery would be done anytime in between 12pm - 8pm.


SHIPPING (FOR GIFT BOX)
* Gift box would be packed and leave our warehouse within 4 working days.
* Dispatch time may vary depending on the courier progress after leaving our warehouse.
